Our team at 5 Sense 2 Intimacy strive for 100% customer satisfaction with the product you’ve purchased from us and wants to make your experience a pleasant one. If you are experiencing any issues with shipping or products, and you’re feeling frustrated, then please send us an email and our team will assist you right away.

Our policy lasts 15 days from date of delivery in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us.
Our refund policy covers the following situations:
. Customer package has been lost in transit (did not receive the product within 60 business days or 90 business days of purchase).
. Item received is damaged or not as described.
. An incorrect item is received.
Our refund policy does not cover the following situations:
. The customer enters the wrong mailing address.
. The customer orders the wrong item.
. The customer orders the wrong variation of an item.
. Customer misreads product details or specifications.
. Customer changes their mind after an order has been processed for shipping.
. The customer gets buyer’s remorse and or wishes they’d purchased from a different vendor.
. Damage caused by accident
. Improper care
. Normal wear and tear
. Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
. After-market modifications
. No returns/exchanges for products with water exposure will be accepted.
If an item is covered by the refund policy we will normally provide a full refund. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item, in which case all instructions will be provided to you via email.
